Hello, my name is Ashley Neitzke, I am the Regional Director of Nobis’ schools. I have been a part
of the Nobis Family since 2012 as the Director of Nobis Preschool in Costa Mesa. I assisted the
owners during the opening of Nobis Preschool in Dana Point and Nobis Montessori in Orange. In
2018, I took on the role as Regional Director. I work closely with our admin team to provide quality
care for children ages 6 weeks old through elementary level.
I started my journey in the field of Early Childhood Education when I took an ROP class during my
senior year in high school. I volunteered at a Montessori school for work experience and was
officially hired at the school after graduation. I worked at the Montessori school for two years
before starting college. During college, I worked at two major preschools and completed my
student teaching at the Irvine College Child Development Center. I earned my degree in Child
Development, including coursework in Administration for young children.
I have had the opportunity to work with children ranging in ages 6 weeks to 6 years old; including
children challenged by autism, learning disabilities and noncompliant behaviors. I am a well-rounded
educator. I have gained in-depth knowledge of accommodating different styles of learners and
incorporated effective methods to meet students’ unique needs. I enjoy creating a home-like
environment for the children and sustaining strong working relationships with all members of the
school community.
I have lived in South Orange County my whole life. I currently live in Lake Forest with my husband
Damien and our two children; Austin and Alana. My family and I enjoy spending time outdoors;
especially at the beach or at our family vacation house in Lake Havasu, AZ.

I’m Ms. Erica and the Director of Nobis Preschool in Dana Point. I started Nobis in 2016 as a Toddler Teacher Assistant.
As I continued my education and experience, I worked as the lead Toddler teacher and then the lead Preschool teacher. In 2019,
I started training as the Assistant Director and started school for Administration for Early Childhood Education. As I am finishing my coursework,
I am proud to be the site Director in Dana Point!

My passion for Early Childhood Education started when my first niece was born in 2007. I enjoyed helping my sister take care
of her and it made me realize what I wanted to learn more and work with children. and I am still currently
enrolled at Saddleback Community College taking Early Childhood Education courses.

I have a big family of 5 sisters and 4 nieces and nephews! We all live here in Orange County.
My favorite things to do are swimming, listening to music, going for walks, and working with children!
I am very excited to start working with on the administration side of our field and bring the whole school community together!
